We do not accept returns on personalized or customized products. This includes items made with names, photos, logos, colors, or any design chosen by the customer.

Refunds are not available for customized products once production has started, regardless of color choice, size selection, spelling errors, or design preferences approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting their order. By placing an order, you agree that the information provided is correct.
π¦ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement if the issue was caused by production or shipping.
π Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over.
