Each order includes one custom design based on the information submitted. Every fan is sublimation printed, folded, and assembled by hand.

A digital mockup will be sent to the email address used at checkout before printing. Please monitor your email after ordering so your order stays on schedule.

• Separate designs for each fan
• Different photos on individual fans
• Different names or wording on individual fans
• Multiple themes or color schemes
• Individual mockups for each fan
• Multiple rounds of revisions

Requests for different names, photos, wording, themes, or layouts may require an additional fee or separate purchases.

Bulk orders will not enter production until the group mockup has been approved. Delayed approval may change the estimated shipping date.

🛒 HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your fan quantity from the Product Options menu.
2. Complete the required personalization fields on this product page, including:
   • Name or phrase
   • Preferred colors
   • Occasion or theme
   • Date needed
   • Production and shipping speed
3. Add any additional design details in the Special Design Instructions box.
4. Upload up to three clear, high-quality photos, logos, mascots, or images using the photo-upload field.
5. Review all spelling, dates, names, photos, colors, and requested details before adding the product to your cart.
6. Add the product to your cart and complete checkout.
7. Watch the email address used at checkout for your digital mockup.
8. Approve the mockup or request your one included round of simple edits within the required timeframe.

Please submit all wording, photos, colors, themes, logos, dates, and design details before completing your order.

Information submitted after the first design has been created may require an additional design fee and may delay processing.

For bulk orders, the submitted photos and information will be used to create one identical group design.

✅ MOCKUP AND APPROVAL POLICY

After your order and design information are received, one custom design will be created and a digital mockup will be sent by email.

Single-Fan Orders

You will have 8 hours from the time the mockup is sent to:

• Approve the design for printing

or

• Request your one included round of simple edits

If a response is not received within 8 hours, the last mockup sent may be used to keep the order within the listed processing schedule.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders require approval of the group mockup before production begins.

Production and shipping dates may be delayed if approval is not received promptly.

Once a mockup has been approved, the order will move into production. Changes cannot be guaranteed after approval.

Mockup approval confirms that you accept:

• The selected photos
• Photo placement
• Wording and spelling
• Dates and names
• Layout
• Colors and theme
• Overall design direction

Please review the entire mockup carefully before approving it.

✏️ WHAT ONE EDIT INCLUDES

Your order includes one round of simple edits to the original mockup.

The included edit may cover small adjustments such as:

• Correcting a spelling mistake
• Adjusting existing wording
• Making a minor color adjustment
• Moving an existing photo or wording slightly
• Removing one small existing design element
• Making a minor placement or sizing adjustment

All requested corrections must be submitted together during the one included edit round.

🚫 WHAT ONE EDIT DOES NOT INCLUDE

The included edit does not cover:

• Replacing photos after the design has been created
• Adding photos or details that were not originally submitted
• Changing the entire theme or color scheme
• Requesting a completely different layout
• Requesting an additional mockup or second design option
• Changing the original design concept
• Starting the design over
• A complete redesign
• Complex custom illustrations or hand-drawn artwork
• Creating characters or logos from scratch
• Rush production or upgraded shipping
• Different names, photos, wording, or layouts for individual fans in a bulk order
• Separate mockups for each fan
• Splitting one bulk order into multiple themes or designs

Photo replacements, major layout changes, completely different design requests, additional mockups, or extra rounds of edits may require an additional design fee and may delay processing.

⏱ PROCESSING TIME

Single-Fan Orders

Standard processing time is approximately 1–3 business days.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders of five or more fans generally require approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the quantity, current workload, approval time, and design complexity.

Large orders may require additional processing time.

Processing time includes:

• Reviewing your order details
• Creating your custom design
• Sending your digital mockup
• Waiting for approval
• Printing
• Folding and assembly
• Quality checking
• Preparing your order for shipment

Processing begins once all required photos, wording, and design details have been received.

Production begins after mockup approval or according to the approval policy listed above.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

2-Day Rush Production & Shipping — Add $50

• Priority production
• Expedited shipping
• Customer must order early enough for the requested date

1-Day Rush Production & Shipping — Add $125

• Next-business-day production when available
• Overnight shipping when available
• Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or on holidays may process the next business day

Rush fees cover faster production and upgraded shipping. Delivery dates depend on order time, mockup approval, carrier schedules, weekends, holidays, weather, and destination.

Selecting rush service does not bypass the required design approval process.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, and other shipping issues are outside our control after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

📸 PHOTO QUALITY

The final print quality depends heavily on the quality of the images you provide.

For the best results, please submit:

• Clear, high-resolution photos
• Original photos rather than screenshots
• Photos with good lighting
• Uncropped images when possible
• Images without heavy filters
• Logos with a clear or transparent background when available

Blurry, dark, heavily filtered, cropped, pixelated, or low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.

We are not responsible for printing-quality issues caused by low-quality images provided by the customer.
