🛒 HOW TO ORDER

2. Add your personalization details in the box:

5. Complete checkout.
6. Upload your photos/logo via Etsy messages after purchase.
7. I’ll send a digital mockup for approval via Etsy messages.
** You’ll have 12–24 hours to review and approve your mockup or request one edit.
** Once you approve (or the 12–24 hour window passes), your fan goes into production 🎉

Note: Your order includes ONE (1) round of edits to the design. Mockup approval is required within 12–24 hours of it being sent. If no response is received, I will proceed with the last mockup provided and your fan will be printed as-is to keep your order on schedule.

✅ PROOF & EDIT POLICY (PLEASE READ)
Each custom fan order includes ONE (1) round of edits to your design.
This can be a small change such as a color tweak, wording adjustment, or minor placement change.
After your order is placed and photos/text are received, I will send a mockup for approval via Etsy messages.
To keep your order on schedule, you must review and respond to your mockup within 12–24 hours.
If I do not receive a response within that time frame:
I will move forward with the last mockup sent, and
Your fan will be printed as-is to avoid production delays.

Additional edits beyond the included one round may require an additional design fee and can delay processing time.
Please make sure your Etsy notifications are turned on and you’re checking messages so your order isn’t held up. 💙

### Q: How does the mockup and edit process work?

**A:** After you place your order and send your photos/text, I’ll create a design and send a **digital mockup** through Etsy messages.
You’ll have **12–24 hours** to approve it or request **ONE (1) round of edits** (small changes like colors, wording, or minor placement).

If I don’t receive a response within that time frame, I’ll move forward with the **last mockup sent** and your fan will be printed **as-is** to keep your order on schedule.

### Q: Do you offer white ribs/handles?

**A:** At this time, I **only offer black ribs/handles**.
When you see “all white fan” or light backgrounds in the design, that refers to the **printed fan fabric**, not the ribs/handles. If I ever offer white ribs in the future, I’ll update my listings.

### Q: Why can I see light through the fan? Is that normal?

**A:** Yes, that’s totally normal.
These fans are printed on material that can have **slight transparency**, especially in bright light or outdoors. It actually photographs beautifully and gives the design a nice glow. This is not considered a defect.

### Q: How long does it take to get my fan?

**A:** Please check the **processing time** shown at checkout for the most accurate estimate.
Processing time includes:

* Designing your fan
* Sending a mockup
* Waiting for your 12–24 hour approval window
* Printing and assembly

Shipping time depends on the carrier and option you choose at checkout. I do my best to meet your event date, but I **cannot control carrier delays** once the package is shipped.

### Q: Can I get my fan by a specific date?

**A:** Maybe 😊 The best way is to **message me before ordering** with:

* Your event date
* Your location (city/state)
* How many fans you need

I’ll let you know if it’s realistic based on current processing times and shipping options. Rush orders may be limited, especially during busy seasons.

### Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations on custom fans?

**A:** Because each fan is **custom made just for you**, I typically **do not accept returns or exchanges** unless there is a clear defect with the product itself.

If there is an issue with your order:

* Please contact me through Etsy messages within the time window Etsy provides.
* Include photos of the issue so I can review and see how we can fix it.

Cancellations may only be possible **before design work or production has started**. Once your mockup has been created or approved, cancellation is usually not available.

**A:** For the best results, please send:

* **Clear, high-resolution photos** (no blurry screenshots if possible)
* Good lighting
* Uncropped images when you can, so I have room to work with the design

If a photo is too dark, blurry, or low quality, I’ll let you know and may recommend a different image to keep your fan looking its best.

### Q: Can you design something from scratch for me?

**A:** I design layouts using **your photos, colors, themes, phrases, or logos**.
If you need very detailed, hand-drawn, or full illustrated artwork from scratch, that may fall under **custom artwork** I don’t currently offer. Feel free to message me with your idea and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
