This discounted offer is for one fan only. Rush production, upgraded shipping, complete redesigns, additional mockups, photo replacements after the initial design is created, and complex custom artwork are not included.

You will have 12 hours from the time your mockup is sent to approve it or request your one included simple edit. If no response is received within 12 hours, I will proceed with the last mockup sent and print the fan as-is to keep the order on schedule.

Fan handles and ribs are black. Fans are handmade, sublimation printed on fabric, printed on one side, and may have slight transparency. The reverse side will appear lighter and mirrored.

3. Upload up to 3 clear, high-quality photos, logos, mascots, or images during checkout.
4. Complete your purchase.
5. Watch your Etsy messages for your digital mockup.
6. Approve the mockup or request your one included simple edit within 12 hours of the mockup being sent.

Please provide complete and accurate details when ordering. Photo replacements, new design requests, and complete redesigns after the mockup is created are not considered simple edits.

✅ MOCKUP AND EDIT POLICY

Each Fan Friday order includes ONE digital mockup and ONE simple round of edits.

A simple edit may include:

• A minor wording correction
• A small color adjustment
• A minor placement adjustment

The included edit does not cover:

• Replacing photos after the design is created
• Changing the entire theme
• Requesting a completely different layout
• Adding details that were not submitted with the order
• Creating a second design option
• A complete redesign

After your order and all required information are received, I will send your mockup through Etsy messages.

You must approve the mockup or request your one included simple edit within 12 hours from the time the mockup is sent.

If no response is received within 12 hours:

• I will proceed with the last mockup sent.
• Your fan will be printed as-is.
• Changes will no longer be available once production begins.

Please make sure your Etsy notifications are turned on and check your messages regularly after ordering.

⏱ PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Fan Friday orders include standard 1–3 business day processing and free USPS Ground Advantage shipping.

USPS Ground Advantage generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after the order is completed and shipped. Tracking is included.

Processing time begins after all required photos and personalization details have been received. The approval period is included within the listing’s processing schedule.

Rush production, FedEx upgrades, and expedited shipping are not included with the Fan Friday discount.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays are outside of my control after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers needing multiple fans, bulk pricing, rush production, or upgraded shipping should purchase through my regular custom fan listing or message me before ordering.

Q: How does the mockup and edit process work?

A: After you place your order and provide your photos and personalization details, I will create one design and send a digital mockup through Etsy messages.

MOCKUP APPROVAL

A digital mockup will be sent before printing. Please review the names, dates, spelling, photos, wording, and layout carefully.

You must respond within 12 hours from the time the mockup is sent.

Approval confirms that you accept the layout, spelling, wording, photo placement, and overall design direction.

If no response is received within 12 hours, the last mockup sent will be considered accepted and the fan will be printed as-is to keep the order on schedule.

Once the mockup is approved or production begins, additional changes cannot be guaranteed.
