### 🎨 COLOR DISCLAIMER

Colors may appear slightly different from the listing photos due to:

• Phone or computer screen settings
• Lighting
• Fabric texture
• Sublimation ink
• Heat press temperature
• Printing process

Exact Pantone, HEX, or screen color matching is not offered.

---

### 🖨️ SUBLIMATION & FABRIC INFORMATION

Each fan is sublimation printed on fabric and individually assembled.

Small variations may occur, including:

• Slight color differences
• Minor press marks
• Fabric texture
• Small loose fibers
• Minor edge fraying
• Slight ink softness
• Small assembly variations

These are normal characteristics of handmade sublimation products and are not considered defects unless they prevent the fan from being properly used.

---

### ↔️ ONE-SIDED PRINTING

Fans are printed on **ONE SIDE ONLY**.

Because of the fabric material, some of the design may show through to the back and may appear:

• Lighter
• Faded
• Reversed or mirrored

This is normal and is not considered a defect.

---

### 🪭 OPENING YOUR FAN

Clack fans may feel tight when first opened because of the folding and assembly process.

Open the fan using a firm clack motion from the front. Some fans may need to be opened and closed several times to loosen naturally.

Do not pull or force the fabric from the outer edges.

### ⏱️ PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Please review the processing time and estimated delivery dates shown at checkout.

**Processing time and shipping time are separate.**

Once your order has shipped, carrier delays are outside of my control.

### 🤝 BULK ORDERS

Need several Libra fans for a birthday, zodiac party, girls' trip, event, or group celebration?

Message me before ordering for larger quantities.

All fans in a bulk order will use the **same Libra design shown in this listing** unless otherwise discussed through a separate custom order.

---

### 💕 RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because each fan is made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a confirmed production defect.

Please review the listing photos and product description carefully before purchasing.

Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be available.

Any concerns with your order should be reported promptly through Etsy messages with clear photos or video so the issue can be reviewed.
