## PRODUCT DETAILS

• Approximately 25 × 13 inches when fully opened
• One-sided, full-color design
• Black plastic ribs and handles only
• Personalized with your photos, text, colors, theme, logo, or mascot
• Handmade and sublimation printed on fabric
• Slight transparency is normal, especially in bright light or sunlight
• The reverse side will appear lighter and may show a mirrored version of the design

Please note: I currently offer **black ribs and handles only**. Requests for an “all-white fan” refer to the printed background, not the ribs.

## HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your quantity or available fan option.

2. Enter the name or phrase exactly as you want it printed in the personalization box.

3. Include your preferred colors, theme, event type, event date, and any important design requests.

4. Upload up to **three clear, high-quality photos, logos, mascots, or images directly on the Etsy order page**.

5. Complete your purchase.

6. Watch your Etsy Messages for your digital mockup.

You no longer need to send your pictures separately unless Etsy does not allow your files to upload or I request a replacement photo.

Please provide all design information when placing your order. Missing photos or details may delay production.

## MOCKUP APPROVAL — PLEASE READ 🚨

A digital mockup will be sent through Etsy Messages before your fan is printed.

To remain on the quickest production schedule, please review your mockup and respond within **8 hours** of receiving it.

You may:

• Approve the mockup for printing
• Request your one included round of edits

If I do not receive a response within 8 hours, I may move forward with the last mockup provided and print the fan as shown to prevent your order from being delayed.

Please carefully check:

• Names and spelling
• Dates
• Photos
• Wording
• Colors
• Photo placement
• Overall layout

Once a mockup is approved, the order moves into production. Changes cannot be guaranteed after approval.

Please turn on your Etsy notifications and check your messages regularly after ordering.

## EDIT POLICY

Each custom fan includes **one round of edits**.

The included edit may cover a small adjustment such as:

• Correcting wording
• Making a minor color adjustment
• Changing the placement of an element
• Making a small photo placement change

Changing the original photo, theme, design direction, or requesting a completely new layout may be considered a redesign and may require an additional design fee.

Additional edits can also delay production and delivery.

For the fastest service, please upload your final photo choices and provide clear instructions when ordering.

## PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All fans are custom-made.

Production begins after your photos and complete order details are received. Your mockup approval time is part of the processing schedule.

Rush availability may be limited during busy seasons.

If you need your fan by a specific date, please message me **before ordering** with:

• The quantity needed

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because carrier delays are outside of my control.

## PHOTO QUALITY

Your final print quality depends on the quality of the images you upload.

For the best results, please provide:

• Clear, high-resolution photos
• Bright, well-lit images
• Original photos instead of screenshots
• Uncropped photos whenever possible
• Images without heavy filters

Blurry, dark, pixelated, cropped, filtered, or low-resolution photos may print blurry or pixelated.

If a photo is not suitable for printing, I may contact you and request a replacement. Waiting for a replacement photo may delay production.

## COLOR DISCLAIMER

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Colors may appear different from the digital mockup because of:

• Phone, tablet, or computer screen settings
• Lighting
• Fabric texture
• Sublimation ink
• Heat press temperature
• The natural printing process

The digital mockup is used to approve the layout, wording, spelling, photo placement, and general design direction. It is not a guarantee of an exact printed color match.

Colors such as navy, royal blue, black, red, gold, and other deep shades may print slightly lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler on fabric.

I do not guarantee exact Pantone colors, hex codes, screen colors, or brand color matches.

## HANDMADE AND FABRIC VARIATIONS

Each fan is individually printed, folded, and assembled.

The following may occur naturally and are not considered defects:

• Slight transparency
• Small color differences
• Minor press marks
• Slight ink softness or shadowing
• Tiny fibers or loose threads along the fabric edge
• Small amounts of visible glue near the ribs or folds
• Minor differences between fans in the same order
• A lighter or mirrored appearance on the reverse side

Small loose fibers may be carefully trimmed with scissors.

## OPENING YOUR CLACK FAN

Some fans may feel tight when first opened because of folding, assembly, and packaging.

Open the fan from the front using a firm clack motion. Opening and closing it a few times can help loosen the folds.

Do not force the fabric by pulling from the outer edges. If the folds appear stuck together, gently separate them before opening the fan.

The slightly loose movement of the ribs helps create the clacking sound and is a normal part of the fan’s design.

## BULK AND EVENT ORDERS

Need 10 or more fans for a team, group, wedding, trail ride, party, or special event?

• Whether all fans will use the same design

Bulk pricing generally applies when all fans use the same design style or background.

Orders requiring a different full custom design for every fan may require additional design fees and production time.

## RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND ORDER CONCERNS

Because each fan is custom-made specifically for the buyer, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a confirmed production defect that prevents the fan from being used.

Cancellations may only be possible before design work has started. Once the mockup has been created, approved, or the fan has entered production, cancellation may no longer be available.

Please report order concerns within **48 hours of delivery** through Etsy Messages and include clear photos or video showing the issue.

Depending on the confirmed issue, a replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution may be offered.

The following are considered normal characteristics and are not classified as defects:

• Slight transparency
• Minor color differences
• Back-side fading or mirrored printing
• Small loose fibers
• Minor glue or assembly marks
• Normal handmade or sublimation variations
