Each fan is handmade and sublimation printed on fabric. Because of the printing process, fabric texture, folding style, and hand assembly, small variations may occur. Please read all details before placing your order.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Exact color matching is not guaranteed. I do not match exact hues, hex codes, Pantone colors, or screen colors. Colors may appear different from the mockup due to monitor/device settings, lighting, fabric texture, ink, heat press temperature, and sublimation printing.

The mockup is a digital preview to approve the layout, wording, spelling, and general design, but it is not a guarantee of exact printed color. Shades such as navy, royal blue, black, gold, red, and other deep colors may print slightly lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler on fabric.

If exact color matching is required for your event, brand, organization, or team, please contact me before ordering or order a sample first.

SUBLIMATION + FABRIC VARIATION

These fans are printed on fabric using sublimation. Slight ink softness, shadowing, fading, minor press marks, or light color shifts may occur and are considered normal with fabric printing.

Small differences between multiple fans in the same order may also occur because each fan is individually pressed and assembled.

ONE-SIDED PRINTING

Fans are printed on one side only. The back side may appear lighter, faded, or reversed/mirrored because the design can show through the fabric. This is normal and not considered a defect.

FAN OPENING + FOLDING

Clack fans may feel tight when first opened due to the folding process, fabric, ribs, and packaging. Please open the fan from the front side with a firm clack motion. Some fans may need to be opened and closed a few times to loosen.

Do not force the fabric from the edges. If a fan appears stuck, gently separate the folds first and then open from the front.

FABRIC EDGES + FRAYING

These are fabric fans, and the edges are cut during production. Tiny fibers, small strings, or minor edge fraying can happen and are considered normal for this type of product. Small loose threads may be carefully trimmed with scissors.

Severe unraveling that affects the use of the fan should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

GLUE / ASSEMBLY MARKS

Because the fan is assembled with ribs and fabric, small areas of glue visibility, white showing near folds/ribs, or minor assembly marks may appear. This is normal handmade variation unless it prevents the fan from opening or being used.

PHOTO QUALITY

Your final print quality depends on the quality of the photo you provide. Blurry, dark, screenshot, filtered, cropped, or low-resolution photos may print blurry or pixelated. I am not responsible for low-quality results caused by low-quality images submitted by the buyer.

MOCKUP APPROVAL

A digital mockup may be sent before printing. Please review all names, dates, spelling, photos, and layout carefully. Once the mockup is approved, the order will move into production. Changes cannot be guaranteed after approval.

Mockup approval confirms that the buyer accepts the layout, spelling, wording, photo placement, and overall design direction.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because this is a custom handmade item, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a clear production defect that prevents the item from being used.

Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video. If an item is confirmed to be defective, I may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the issue.

Color differences, minor fabric variations, small loose fibers, slight transparency, back-side fading, or normal handmade/sublimation variations are not considered defects.
